Meditation

Anyone can meditate. If you can sleep, you can meditate. If you can lie down and relax, you can meditate. If you want to let go of the muck that clouds up your head, you can meditate. Depending on what you want to achieve from your meditation practice you could learn all you need in 15 minutes, or it could take you a lifetime of learning.

There are so many misperceptions about meditation that for many it is relegated directly to the ‘to-hard’ basket. Even if you do decide to take it up there can be a minefield of obstacles that get in the way of your practice. That is why it is useful to have a chat to someone who has been meditating for a while to benefit from another’s experience and learn from their mistakes.

Anyone can meditate. If you can sleep, you can meditate.

I am available for private meditation tuition, contact me do discuss the nitty-gritty.
